The Scheme’s administrator is currently handling a higher volume of queries than usual. The team have confirmed all correspondence and calls are being noted and prioritised and will be responded to. Whilst this may result in a temporary delay, the team are working to increase capacity and anticipate 4 to 6 weeks to respond to standard queries, with responses for more complicated queries taking longer.
What do I need to do?
- As a result of the high volume of queries, calls are taking longer to be answered. Please raise any queries to nwps@hymans.co.uk or via PRISM until this period has passed.
- We kindly ask that you allow for this period to pass before following up on your request.
